This policy explains what Navigate 401k, LLC (“Navigate 401K”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. If you are an advisory client, the privacy notice you received under Regulation S-P governs the information we hold about your accounts.
Information we collect
Information you give us
We collect information only when you choose to submit one of our forms. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers, or payment details anywhere on this website.

If you refer someone else to us. The referral form asks for a contact name and email for the client you are referring. By submitting those details you confirm that the person has consented to being contacted by Navigate 401K or one of its representatives. We use the information solely to follow up on the referral, and the person concerned may contact us at any time to ask what we hold and to have it deleted.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server request logs, including IP address, browser user agent, and the pages requested. These are used to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.
We use Apollo.io to recognise the company a visitor is browsing from, using their IP address. It tells us which organisations are looking at our site so we can follow up with businesses that may need our services. It does not tell us who you are personally, and we do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual.
To do this, Apollo.io receives your IP address, the pages you view on this site, and your browser type. It does not set a cookie; instead it stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser's local storage so that repeat visits can be recognised. Their privacy policy is at www.apollo.io/privacy-policy.
You can stop it by using your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, and you can remove the stored identifier by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
Apart from that, this website loads no third-party fonts, advertising pixels, or advertising cookies. Everything else is served from our own domain.
If you have previously interacted with our HubSpot forms or emails, HubSpot may have set a hubspotutk cookie in your browser. Where present, that identifier is sent with your form submission so we can connect it to your earlier enquiry. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
How we use it

Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to and stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider, which processes the data on our behalf in the United States. Visit information described above is shared with Apollo.io for the purpose set out in that section. We also share information where we are required to by law, regulation, or a request from a regulator such as the SEC, and with professional advisers such as auditors and counsel where necessary.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond and to meet the books-and-records obligations that apply to registered investment advisers, which generally require retention for at least five years.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the message. Some information must be retained to meet our regulatory obligations even after you ask us to delete it; where that applies we will tell you.
