Accessibility
Last updated 2026-08-31
We want this site to work for everyone who comes to it — including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard alone, or viewing at high magnification. This page sets out where that stands today, and how to tell us when something does not work.
What we aim for
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the benchmark most widely applied to public websites. We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so what follows is our own assessment of this site rather than a certified result, and we do not claim the site is free of accessibility defects.
What the site does today
- Every page declares its language, uses standard page regions, and has a single main heading, so a screen reader can move through it by region and by heading.
- A “Skip to main content” link is the first thing you reach with the keyboard on every page, so you can get past the navigation without tabbing through it.
- Images that carry information have text descriptions. Images that are only decorative are marked as such, so a screen reader passes over them instead of reading out a filename.
- Every field on our contact, proposal, support, and referral forms has a real label attached to it, rather than relying on placeholder text that disappears as soon as you type.
- Buttons and links can be reached and operated with the keyboard, and each one has a name a screen reader can announce.
- Where something animates as you scroll, we check your device’s “reduce motion” setting first and skip the animation when it is turned on.
- Our Form CRS and Form ADV Part 2A are published as tagged PDFs with a reading structure, not as scanned images.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than leave them unsaid.
- The map on our Locations page presents geography visually. The same information — where our office is and the markets we serve — is written out as text on that page.
- Our forms are delivered through HubSpot, and the plan login pages we link to are operated by recordkeepers and custodians. We do not control that code and cannot speak for its accessibility.
- Our checks so far have been automated. We have not yet completed manual testing with a screen reader, nor a full review of colour contrast across the design.
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us — including the page you were on and what you were trying to do. We will get you the information another way, and we will use what you report to fix the underlying problem.
You can reach us by phone, by post, or through our contact form. If a form is itself the barrier, call us and we will take the details down ourselves.

Changes
We update this page as the site changes; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
